HCMH, Inc. is following established protocols and is implementing additional precautions to protect our residents, employees and communities, including limiting visitors and asking sick people not to enter our facility.

In order to help prevent the spread of the virus we are asking  visitors to enter the Courtyard Villa Assisted Living through to main entrance to receive education on visit policy and symptom screening. Our residents are allowed to the campus as long as they wear a mask at all times when out in public places.

If you have been exposed to COVID-19 please call the Avera Medical Call Center at 877-282-8372 and select the prompt for COVID-19. This number is answered 24/7 by medical professionals with access to on-call doctors. 

By following CDC guidelines and limiting the amount of visitors into our facility we are hoping to help prevent the spread of this virus; we are sorry for any hardships this may cause.
